About

A CPO needs to keep up to the changes and lead his team to stay competitive. Time is limited and challenges are paramount.

One of the best ways to anticipate future challenges and answer the current ones is to benchmark across countries and industries. Discussing with peers may offer you an applicable solution that has already been tested.

The EIPM CPO Round Table offers an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of new purchasing language, analyse the global changes across industries and benchmark your company’s strategy against others.

 

The 2018 EIPM CPO Round Table

This year, Aéroport de Paris (ADP), recipient of the 2017 Organisation of the Year EIPM-Peter Kraljic Award, will host the round table at their Headquarters in Paris, at the Charles de Gaulle Airport.

We’ll again look at the broad theme of Strategies and Organisations, with a particular focus on the New Purchasing organisation landscape, which investigates how purchasing organisations need to evolve to best respond to the current business transformations caused by the Internet of Things, Digitalisation, Sustainability, etc.

Join us to benchmark your strategy and practices and strengthen your network during 2 days of intensive debates in a secure and friendly environment.

 

A Meeting for Leaders

Format

Two days of intensive exchanges, organised around short company cases, interactive workshops and high level debates.

Agenda

The agenda of the Executive Round Table is created in close collaboration with participants, who bring their burning issues, new concerns and success stories to the table.

Goal

The goal of the CPO Round Table is to critically analyse how purchasing management takes shape in different countries and industries, while sharing best practices and managerial experiences.
